Our lovingly equipped house "Casa Alegria"on Lanzarote, in Puerto del Carmen, is waiting for you
It is located in a cosy complex with beautiful and well kept mature garden around a swimming pool.
On the main floor there is a spacious living & dining room, a kitchen, a nice terrace (16m2) and a small solana with toilette and shower
In the upper floor is the bedroom and the shower with toilette. The beautiful balcony (6m2) overlooks the garden and also has a amazing view out to the nearby sea.
Facilities: the house is completly new and modern furnished - all kitchen appliances are available - just move in and feel comfortable - if you want you can cook your meals - we recommend fresh fish and vegatables. You find a cooker with 4 burners and an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, smoothie maker, 2 coffee machines - 1 Nespresso (please bring your own capsulas) and a filter machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cuttlery and different kinds of glasses and dishes.
For your convenience we also put a washing machine, a ventilator, an iron and a safe in.
Of course the apartment has English, Irish, Spanish and German TV Channels and a new, private quick WIFI, a radiator is available in the winter months.
The bedroom is spacious, the bed is 1.60x2.00 - you will enjoy sleeping on a new matrace and thanks to a topper.
The cabinet is high with enough space for hanging and placing. Bedding is provided.
The Bathroom is functional with a shower and plenty of storage space as well as a hair dryer. Towels are provided.
From the terrace which is 16m2 large and equipped with a table with 3 chairs, 2 sun chairs, including editions and a sun umbrella. The way it is built it protects well against the wind.
At the pool area are sunbeds.
In case you want to rent a car for your stay please contact us in advance.
2 adults (cleaning fee of € 50, - is included; intermediate cleaning possible - self-payment on the spot) - no animals, only for adults, non smoking house. Lovely and quiet place, one minutes walk to the beautiful, sandy beach Los Pocillos and main avenue of Puerto del Carmen.
Restaurants and shopping (Spar, Hipperdino) only a few minutes away.
10 minutes by taxi from the airport - it costs about Euro 15,--
A 18 hole golf course is only 5 minutes by car.

Booking:
Price per day: € 70,-- (Linen, towels, cleaning in the end included)
Minimum stay: 6 nights
Deposit 30% in 7 days after confirmation the booking. Outstanding payment of 70% latest 8 weeks before arrival.
No booking fees. There are no more hidden costs.
Flexible Check In and Check Out, depending on availability.

Cancallation:
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid.
If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
